confidence and dedication

What is confidence and dedication? One incidence is quoted.
India vs Australia [2004] match...
Brad Hogg took Sachin's wicket.

At the end of the match Hogg gave that
Ball to Sachin for his autograph.
Sachin put his sign with one beautiful sentence,
"IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN." -

Till today Hogg could not take his wicket for the second time.
THAT'S CONFIDENCE & DEDICATION..!
HATS OFF TO OUR LITTLE MASTER SACHIN.
After this incident Brad Hogg and Sachin Tendulkar came face to face 21 times...but he could never get the Master Blaster out :-)
Howzaaat!

Legends of Cricket

I want to touch the feet of this great batsman, who made the 14000 runs in ODI, 17000 runs in TEST  Cricket, 46 ODI & 47 TEST centuries.what's wrong in it, if i touch the feet of such a great, the GOD of cricket, "Sachin Tendulkar".
its not my word, it is the word of one of the greatest batsman Sunil Gavaskar.

When he was young, Tendulkar would practice for hours on end in the nets. If he became exhausted, Achrekar would put a one-Rupee-coin on the top of the stumps, and the bowler who dismissed Tendulkar would get the coin. If Tendulkar passed the whole session without getting dismissed, the coach would give him the coin. Tendulkar now considers the 13 coins he won then as some of his most prized possessions.

i would like to mention here a brilliant stroke of sachin, about which very few know.

At the age of just 16, he was selected for pakistan tour to represent India, where he played his 1st match against paki's,  it was a 20 over exibition match, india need 69 runs in last 5 overs, in 16th over he hit 2 sixes on abdu kadir( a great spinner of that time) and in next over he 'smashed 4 sixes on mustaq.he made 53 runs of 18 balls.
