A ship docked in harbour cannot face the storms

i have read somewhere that the biggest reason of failure is the fear of failure.but question is why there arise this fear of failure, answer is very simple, we must be in some comfortable condition while its not the best.
we dream to be the richest, a foreign job with a hefty package , some best B school and so & so.but when time comes to give it final touch there require time, dedication and here we lack, we have to take a long leave or have to quit job accomplice the dream and that we afraid to do.its because we are in comfortable situation.
one more example wandering in my mind is football, its a 11 payer game, if one team would set all its player in defence then it might be possible that it would not concieve any goal, but it will also not put any goal.
so if one want to win, has to take some risk.
